As professionals, we can't deliver on your expectations unless we know your expectations; for this reason communication is critical to the equation. While many people want to force auto detailing into a "one size fits all" type of equation, the reality is that it isn't. Not only is every car different, but every person is different. What you value may not be what the next person values. Weighing in on the many factors to find a winning balance between what is both realistic and appropriate, which requires good communication between you and us. Restoring the paint to show car status is one thing, but not necessarily realistic nor appropriate for most people.

I have generally used other mobile detail services in the past and continue to do so for what I call a normal detail job. But I met Darren through Exclusive Motors as we share the same building. My wife uses the Suburban to run our 3 kids around and it gets very dirty in the process. The carpeting and seating was extremely bad and I thought I was going to have to replace both the carpeting and seating. I told Darren the other detailers in the past were not able to get the carpet and leather very clean. I was floored when I saw the results Darren was able to get!
