It would be hard to find a bigger stereotype when it comes to fantasies of teenage boys than that of a red Ferrari! Very few things will force a neck breaking head turn than a red Ferrari flying through the intersection in front of you. Paint Details
Car paint doesn't come much deeper and richer than that of Ferrari! Red is a difficult color to work with due to its bright color that highlights the condition of the paint, be it good or bad. This Ferrari is in fabulous shape both inside and out. Since this Ferrari is garaged most of the time, maintenance is pretty straight forward and I prefer keeping a thick layer of paste wax to enhance depth and shine as much as possible. Waxing once a month is ideal, followed by weekly applications of a easy to use spray wax like the Meguiar's ultimate paste wax located in the column at right. Wheel Details
The wheels on this Ferrari 599 GTB are the OEM wheels finished in clear coated silver. This OE finish is the easiest to maintain and if kept up with regular detail maintenance, offers great looks with little worry. Simple manual agitation with a mild wheel cleaner is all that is necessary for cleaning. I prefer to follow up the cleaning with an application of spray wax to protect and enhance these silver wheels. When you have wheels this nice and this deep, finished in the clear coated silver that only enhances the cleanliness, I professionally consider it mandatory to clean these wheels all the way through. I have generally used other mobile detail services in the past and continue to do so for what I call a normal detail job. But I met Darren through Exclusive Motors as we share the same building. My wife uses the Suburban to run our 3 kids around and it gets very dirty in the process.
