Remembering that this particular car is an '02 Mercedes Benz S430 sport model, with 87K miles on it! I call that a High Mileage car. Also take into consideration that this is a daily driver, and this customer also has two children. I want you to realize that this is not an example of a pampered car that never gets driven.
Check out this car! This is a fabulous example of what is possible with car detailing. My opinion is that most people just don't realize just how far a little maintenance can go, and just how fabulous a car can look when taken care of. I realize that this Mercedes S430 Detail, is still a Mercedes Benz, and there are those of you that might be thinking that this is the reason this is so fabulous; well I say that every car can look this fabulously clean, and shiny, and detailed. I love seeing any car that has been maintained to this level, regardless of what kind of car, and what age it is.
Notice in the photo above how shiny the paint is; how clean the wheels are; how clean the wheel well lips are. Now let's take a look at the front, curbside wheel for a moment.
Notice the inside of this wheel and how clean it is within. I love when you can look into a big wheel and see that the inside has been cleaned just as nicely as the rest of the car; this is where the "details" shine through.(this picture has some effects applied to it in attempts to highlight the wheel itself) Now let's go inside this Mercedes S430 detail and have a look at some great examples of care for inside materials.
Notice the floor mats; original Mercedes Benz S430 issue. Notice the steering wheel and the door sills. How about that leather on the drivers seat; all original and still in fabulous shape. Ask me how many times I have applied what is considered a traditional "dressing", or "protectant" onto that leather. I will tell you, never! I have maintained this car since day one, and I have never applied any of the traditional dressings or protectants. What I have done, is employed my specific techniques and products to get these kind of results. Notice the hardware on the floor for the seat and how clean and perfect this all looks. These are all the kinds of details that really make a car "pop" when you see it, and know that a professional has been here. Let's look at yet another shot of the inside of this Mercedes S430 detail; only the passenger side this time.
Notice once again the great shape the leather is in. And once again, the hardware on the floor for the seating. Let's have a look at the door panels for some further examples of care for all things leather, wood, plastic and metal.
Notice that this is the drivers side door panel. This is where the majority of use takes place and yet, look how perfect and fabulous it still looks! I will finish up with one last picture of the lower half of the cars exterior. I hope I have given you enough info and pictures so that you really get the idea of this particular car and what is possible in the world of car care and detailing.
Once again look at this Mercedes S430 detail and the wheels themselves, and particularly the inside of the wheels. Look at the wheel well lip to see how clean these look. (this is the painted area of the fender that wraps up and under the fender area next to the wheels. I hate when these are left dirty and full of road grime) Notice the shine to the lower half of this car remembering that once again, this is an area that gets lots of abuse from the "jungle" out there we call the road!
